Shipping Destinations
We ship exclusively to Australian addresses (covering all states and territories: New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania, Northern Territory, and Australian Capital Territory). International shipping is not available at this time—this decision is based on two key considerations:
  1. Hygiene & Safety Compliance: Beauty Masks (especially sheet masks) are classified as personal care items, subject to strict Australian biosecurity and hygiene regulations. International shipments may face customs delays or rejection due to these standards.
  1. Product Protection: Fragile items like Mirrors (glass components) and electronic devices like Hair Removal Devices require specialized packaging. Domestic shipping allows us to partner with trusted Australian carriers (Australia Post, Sendle) to minimize damage risk.
For remote Australian areas (e.g., rural Western Australia, outback Queensland, Tasmanian islands), an additional $10 AUD fee applies to Hair Removal Devices and wall-mounted Mirrors. This fee covers extended courier routes and ensures careful handling of large/fragile items, and is automatically added at checkout when a remote address is entered.

  • NSW/VIC/QLD/SA (Major Cities: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide): 2–4 business days (delivered via Australia Post).
  • WA/TAS/Remote NT (Perth, Hobart, Darwin): 4–6 business days (extended due to inter-state transit and regional delivery routes).
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days (couriers may use local depots for final delivery, leading to slight delays).
  • Expedited Shipping:
  • Available for all items in NSW/VIC/QLD/SA major cities (excludes remote areas).
  • Delivery timeline: 1–2 business days (priority processing, with morning delivery for orders placed before 10 AM AEST).
  • Holiday Delays: Allow an extra 2–3 business days during peak periods (e.g., Christmas, Easter, Black Friday). We recommend placing orders for time-sensitive items (e.g., Beauty Masks for a special event) at least 5 business days in advance.
Order Processing Time
  • Standard Items (Beauty Masks, Tabletop Mirrors): Processed within 1 business day of order placement (excluding weekends and Australian public holidays: ANZAC Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day).
  • Fragile/Large Items (Wall-Mounted Mirrors, Hair Removal Devices): Require an extra 1 business day for pre-shipment checks (e.g., verifying Mirror glass integrity, testing Hair Removal Device basic functionality) and reinforced packaging.
  • Urgent Requests: If you need an item quickly (e.g., a Hair Removal Device for an upcoming trip, Beauty Masks for a gift), email cranium-corners.9p@icloud.com with your order number and “Urgent Beauty Essential” in the subject line. We will prioritize processing your order and notify you if expedited shipping is available.
Delivery Details
  • Tracking: A unique tracking number is sent to your email within 24 hours of shipping. You can monitor delivery status via the carrier’s website (Australia Post Tracking for standard shipping, Sendle Track for expedited orders).
  • Packaging Protection:
  • Beauty Masks: Packed in padded envelopes to prevent moisture damage (critical for sheet masks) and ensure freshness.
  • Mirrors: Wrapped in bubble wrap (2 layers for wall-mounted models) and placed in rigid cardboard boxes with foam inserts—this secures the glass and prevents cracking during transit.
  • Hair Removal Devices: Shipped in double-walled boxes with foam cutouts for the device and accessories (power cord, safety goggles)—protects electronic components from impacts.
  • Delivery Confirmation: Required for all wall-mounted Mirrors and Hair Removal Devices (value over $50 AUD) to prevent theft or misdelivery. If no one is available to sign:
  1. The carrier will leave a delivery notice with instructions to reschedule delivery or pick up the package from a local depot.
  1. Most carriers attempt redelivery once (next business day) before returning the package to us.
Delivery Issues & Claims
  • Lost/Delayed Orders:
  1. First, check the tracking link—carriers often mark items as “in transit” even if delayed, or hold packages for address verification (e.g., missing unit numbers for apartments).
  1. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeline (e.g., major city standard shipping takes more than 5 business days), email us with your order number and tracking ID.
  1. We will file a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue within 3 business days:
  • For time-sensitive items (e.g., Beauty Masks for an event), we send a replacement at no cost.
  • For non-urgent items (e.g., travel Mirrors), we offer a full refund or replacement—your choice.
  • Damaged Items:
  1. Inspect packages immediately upon delivery—note damage on the carrier’s receipt (if possible) and take clear photos of the packaging and damaged item (e.g., cracked Mirror glass, torn Beauty Mask packaging, non-functional Hair Removal Device).
  1. Email us within 24 hours of delivery with:
  • Your order number.
  • Photos of the damage (packaging + item).
  • A brief description of the issue (e.g., “Wall-Mounted Mirror arrived with a 5cm crack”).
  1. We will send a replacement item free of charge (no need to return the damaged item—we prioritize getting your beauty essentials to you quickly) or issue a full refund if preferred.
